MISSION STATEMENT
|
|
GNN, The Good News Network, is media for the family of God, a vital information artery, linking the body of Christ.
KJV Romans 12:4-5 "For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another."
It is our goal to produce "good news" television and Internet stories portraying people and their ministries consistent with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

HISTORY
|
|
For more than 30 years, broadcast journalist Paul Smith delivered the news as "Brian Patrick" on radio and television. In 1999, God put it on his heart to use that experience for His "Good News", and the seed for GNN was planted.
With encouragement from a friend in the clergy who was suffering with incurable cancer, The Good News Network first produced a 30-minute TV documentary called "Suffering With Grace". Rev. Jim Willig and his family shared their experience with his cancer journey and how it brought them into a closer relationship with Christ.
Using a mission trip to Juarez, Mexico in the spring of 2002, God took GNN to a
new level. Paul was partnered with Michelle Class, and the two worked together
to produce "Familia de Dios" or "The Family of God", followed by other Good News
Stories.
GNN is now growing into a media network of churches, businesses and individuals committed to sharing The Good News of Jesus Christ.
